When it comes to editing, our motto is don't throw the baby out with the bathwater. While rewriting and reorganizing text is often necessary to achieve clarity and accuracy, editing must always strengthen the author's unique voice and message—not replace it with the editor's.

EDITING

STRUCTURAL ........EDITING

We review the entire text, sentence by sentence, to ensure the information is organized logically, clearly, cohesively. We also check for accuracy. We review the text to make sure it engages the reader and has a consistent tone and style.

COPY-EDITING

We establish a style guide so that the spelling, capitalization, specialized terms, etc., in the text are consistent. There are no websites and Web sites in our finished product. We review the text to guarantee clarity, accuracy and variety in length and structure. We go over the text with a fine-tooth comb to ensure it is grammatically correct.

Prooffreading is the lasst but not least step in the writing process. Sometimes it takes only a few typos to undermine an entire text—which can then be perceived by the reader as a reflection of the company behind the text. If you doubt this, consider your reaction when you saw the typos in the first sentence. When we proofread text, we check word by word, punctuation mark by punctuation mark and correct all errors.

PROOFREADING

As journalists, we have extensive experience researching a broad spectrum of topics. Beyond simply collecting information, we analyze and interpret the data to identify its meaning.
